Challenge your children to look after their mental health away from the classroom using Thrive’s 6 Weeks of Summer. This resource is full of fun activities that are used in Thrive practice to promote wellbeing and self-care.

Encourage your children to try one, two or all three activities each week and tick them off as they go. Each week has a different theme including nature, mindfulness, gratitude, and art. Once they have completed the six weeks, they can download their certificate.
